Back from a music festival, might post up a couple of photos later, just about feel human again and I've caught up on Murderbot!

Early non-spoiler thoughts, the casting is great! Dave Dastmalchian especially is perfect as Gurathin.

They've made the odd change here and there, some I like and some I don't, but on the whole after three episodes I'm cautiously optimistic that they won't drop the ball on this adaptation.

Can't wait for the next episode!

I finally watched Conclave. The opulence of Vatican City is pretty obscene when there are millions of Catholics living in poverty and the petty fighting and back stabbing is eye-opening from supposed "men of God".

It is highly entertaining though with a twist I really didn't see coming!

I watched the new Jason Statham movie A Working Man, which is virtually the same as every other Jason Statham movie.

They don't even bother trying to get him doing an American accent any more, they just change the plot so he's a Brit who has been living in America for years. His accent ends up somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic.

If you're in the mood to turn your brain off for a big dumb action movie it might scratch an itch.
