This was Bob. They were a brilliant bird, often keeping me company out in our garden. They had one dodgy wing which made them very recognisable, but which did not hamper flight. Cheeky as feck, wandering into our kitchen to nick cat biscuits from time to time, and could be found being protected by Greg (who deemed him part of our family) from other cats.
Bob’s descendants visit us now but none have quite the character. Still miss that silly bird.
