Just one of many this year. Looking back, this was unavoidable. Years of unsustainable growth. Not only on the demand side, but supply (bootcamps anyone?). If companies weren't so hell bent on growth at all cost, if they focused on profitably, hiring when appropriate, maybe things would have been different.

I've had friends laugh at me for suggesting tech labor unions. Maybe now they're not laughing as hard. Unions are a necessary check to corporate power.

While these tactics may have worked in Crypto, I think applying FOMO in AI is not only wrong but the strategy is flawed. AI is already commotized. There is no secret tricks or tips that you couldn't get elsewhere for free. Also, you could just ask day I what the tips and tricks are and you probably get similar results that way.
