We noticed recently https://social.dolphin-emu.org/@dolphin had their 20 year anniversary in October 2023 and started wondering when it was we started producing homebrew toolchains. Turns out that although WinterMute (https://disabled.social/@davejmurphy) was playing around with gba and gamecube homebrew in 2003 that we started producing devkitARM & devkitPPC in January 2004 which makes this month our 20 year anniversary. Those first binaries were released on January 16th.

What should we do to celebrate?
