In my view, #Israel should now be considered a ‘Rogue State’ and treated as such by Australia.

If it were up to me, I would:
- all trade of any kind should be immediately cancelled;
- fully support the South African case at the ICC;
- give the entire Israeli embassy staff 24 hours to get out of the country;
- demolish the embassy;
- build a peace park on the site dedicated to the Arab victims of the Israeli #genocide;
- tell the Israelis government they won’t be welcomed back in Australia for 50 years and when that time has elapsed we will make a camp site available for them to live in and operate out of a tent;
- sympathise with the Israeli government that it will be problematic living in and operating out of a tent in the heat of a Canberra summer and the deep freeze that is a Canberra winter; and
- remind the Israeli government that they should remember that at least Australia does not drop bombs on people living in tents.

I generally avoid Channel 9 because all of the hosts are at best tiresome and at worst a bunch of useless c**ts.

Anyway, I have discovered the 9Now app that has their #Olympic coverage. It is great. You can watch the world feed for any event that happens (or full replays of events that happen while you are sleeping).

The best thing about this is that the world feed avoids the tiresome bunch of useless c**ts that 9 sent over to cover the events.

The Tooth Fairy is going to build all those nuclear reactors for #Dutton by 2050.

Even though nuclear reactors are the most expensive form of electrical energy it’s ok, energy prices will not go up. The Tooth Fairy will sell all those collected teeth to offset the price so people won’t pay more for power.

And the nuclear reactors will be perfectly safe because nothing made by fairies ever goes wrong.

We just need more Australians to *really* believe in the Tooth Fairy.

The change will guarantee a minimum rate of return for French farmers.

It seems to me that if we are ever going to break the monopoly power of #Woolworths and #Coles in #Australia, then this is the sort of forward thinking approach needed by the #Albanese Government.

They would, of course, just have to locate their collective back bone again (last seen when they changed the Stage 3 tax cuts, but misplaced soon afterwards) and stop being a largely pointless waste of space.

We stopped shopping at #Woolworths when they introduced the cameras at the self serve checkout. We had two bags of groceries and had put the first (full) bag back in the trolley while packing the second bag - when we went to pay the camera thought we were stealing as there was something in the trolley. Fuck Woolworths and the horse they rode in on.

We now have three categories on our shared shopping list on our phones: #Markets, #Aldi and #Coles. we get:
* fresh food from the markets as it lasts three times longer in the fridge than fresh food from either Coles or Woolworths … the supposed ‘fresh food people’;
* almost everything else we need at Aldi; and
* the occasional item from Coles that Aldi don’t have.

I can’t see that we would ever again use Coles and Woolworths as our main source of food. Every time I buy something in Coles and Woolworths, I feel like half the cost is their profit whereas our food costs have dropped significantly shopping at Aldi.
