it should be starting therapy again sometime soon as well. have a clearer idea of what this one wants out of that too, really want to work on general resiliency strategies because it is easily overwhelmed and its default strategy is avoidance. but it would really be nice if it were more capable of dealing with its problems instead of running away from them

maybe it's just having the meds again, but it's feeling better about the future. it will be able to focus on improving its situation after the holidays. it has clear goals that it wishes to achieve, and at least most of an idea of how to get there.

even though things are likely to rapidly get worse after jan 20, this one is well-liked by its coworkers and most customers, it has its sister who will always have its back (and it, hers), the car it got a while back ensures we can get out when we're able and/or need to.

ok this ap article about biden breaking his promise is shit. it says that neither biden nor his team explained his change from not pardoning. except that he did, he released a written statement where he said he changed his mind because he felt it was clearly politically motivated, which it was. this one still thinks he shouldn't have pardoned him, because it's political malpractice, but it is one of the most understandable things of all time

the real problem with it is that it shows starkly that he is willing to break the rules when it matters to him, but at other times he'll just listen to the senate parliamentarian because you just have to, it's the rules.
