Finished our taxes. Federal effective tax rate was 16%
Putting a bit more than 35k into the pool to help our collective lives be a little better. Got a total of 10k in refunds for our new EV. Was so slow that I did not file for my art business this year.
I share this to normalize taxes as a collective effort for good and fight the “evil taxes” narrative.
