It's funny. I went into the women's PTSD retreat anxious, unsure, and full of self doubt about even being there. I came out of it with a far deeper understanding of my trauma, and knowing how far I am of where I was. Trauma is a journey, and other aspects of life just add to the complexity of it. Not knowing, and not being able to embrace, my own true self carried trauma of its own. But I know who I am now, I just need to keep putting in the work, and the results will flourish. Thanks, ladies! 🧡
