Re: the mental health stuff, it's not a topic I've investigated much, and I hope to more.

The latter half talked about social networks, and it touched on some things I have at hand as I reenter #mastodon.

I want to do everything I can to retain the positive effects of social networks, such as learning new things, sharing things I've learned, and finding friends and community, while minimizing any negative effects of social media as much as possible (as a younger person, I've experienced the downsides a good amount).
