Just sold my Vision Pro. The concept blew my mind but the hardware wasn’t there yet. In order of importance:

1. It was just too uncomfortable on my face; hated putting it on. Also: eye strain

2. Remote Desktop sharing was too blurry. I’d rather use my actual (non retina) monitor

3. Couldn’t get over the glare when watching movies in dark environments

4. Passthrough needs to be better

I can’t wait for the hardware to keep improving. Hoping by v3 it’ll be a better fit for me.

Just noticed that sometimes the Apple Watch does not estimate and add your resting calories when you’re charging your watch at night. This leads to vastly underreporting your calories for the day and seems to be happening since iOS 10.

I’m backpacking and would love to use my RAW workflow more in a traditional “SD card” sense. All these RAW images in my camera roll are really screwing with my iCloud backups on slow hostel WiFi. I’d like to keep them completely out of the camera roll and just import my favs into Lightroom for editing/backup.

Any chance?
