Non, Poutine n'est pas "habile" quand il déclare une trêve, il est manipulateur. Il cherche à victimiser la Russie face au "méchant occident" qui ne respecte pas les traditions Russes. C'est une annonce à effet "interne" comme beaucoup d'e ses annonces. Il ne faut pas cherche à l'analyser "à l'européenne". [A noter qu'il a bombarder sans cesse de Noel au nouvel an...]
