This afternoon, my wife and I watched an episode of Top Chef Last Chance Kitchen. One of the contestants made a gougère (pastry puff) filled with a combination of blue cheese and white chocolate.

Since we had both ingredients at home, I decided to make 2 small bowls of this filling to taste it for ourselves.

Indeed, it tastes exactly as you would expect: two great tastes that do NOT taste great together.
