I'm going to miss some nuance here but going for it anyways: I view a wage/rate/salary as how seriously to take a job. In my relatively short career it's obvious employers and partners already do this in the form of bestowing little credibility and power to their least-compensated workers. I don't see an issue with lower wage workers taking very frequent breaks/slacking/doing laundry/whatever on the clock. Even with higher compensation slack is necessary to keep productivity flowing; though, in this case I more seriously consider the give-and-take

* laissez faire but not anarchy (bad-faith participants + energy sinks are clapped)
* explicitly pro-lgbtq+, pro-minority, anti-harassment
* probably in the form of a video game (minecraft)
