I just want to find local supports on how to be a more functional autistic adult and all I’m getting is information for parents 🙃...

I just want to find local supports on how to be a more functional autistic adult and all I’m getting is information for parents 🙃 particularly lots of things are age-specific or have age limits
I’m worried I’m not even gonna be able to get help without a dx?? But I’m scared to get a dx because what if I want to move someday and their immigration laws don’t allow autistic people 🥲

Here is a photo of Mitsky who was put down today (black and white). We plan to respectfully scatter her ashes and light some candles in remembrance. A lot of the hall residents love these kitties.
There is also a photo of Storm and one of her kittens. Storm is pregnant again unfortunately :(
The goal is to get the adult Tomcat desexed next.

Please keep in mind it’s pending admin as I paid the expenses but my friend made the givealittle and thus we haven’t been able to prove they’re our expenses yet. Next time my friend will pay so we can get moderated correctly :)

At the uni I’m living at there is a few feral cats. Most of them (8/10) are kittens who we hope get desexed so they will be viable candidates for rehoming. Unfortunately our uni will only shoot them rather than help them as they live around the halls of residence (where I live). Unfortunately one of the cats had to be put down today as she was hit by a car. We also plan to desex the others to prevent more kittens.

BUT I’ve made my second appointment for my ADHD assessment, a CBT appointment for my skin picking with a psychologist, and an appointment with an academic advisor!
This stuff is really hard for me and super awkward but I’m determined to do it anyway :)
