After a bit of a wobbly start, thought I'd make a #mastodon #introduction post! I'm one of the growing number of 'refugees' jumping ship from #academia, and now work for the Ministry of Defence ⚓. I can still be found hanging out in #Palaeontology circles though (and maybe one day I'll publish those #graptolite papers.). I'm a big fan of natural history, with a soft spot for #birds, #reptiles and #bugs. In conclusion: #Chickens are the best #dinosaurs 🐓 and #DS9 is the best #StarTrek 🖖 LLAP.
