Firstly, maybe it will become reality, that people watch Youtube Videos with a different native language in their preferred one.

Secondly, I think, such a tool would benefit people learning a language. For example, those that learn a lot from reading, but make mistakes in pronunciation.

Surely, the risks should not be ignored. But it sounds like, research is being made about identifying VALL-E generated content. (see article and paper)
