I just binge watched Edge of Sleep. It hand-waved a lot of details but I can overlook that because I actually enjoyed it. 6 episodes seems a bit tight though. It could have been longer and explained more.

I rate it 8/10. I just really like Markiplier.

It took longer than I expected to finish Volume 4

I really love this series it's always a good laugh but still with a story that takes itself seriously

The afterword was also pure poetry. Hopefully Alicia gets a glow up soon. It seems like the author prefers her manga and anime characterisation and I agree.

Now onward to Volume 5... after I finish the new volume of another LN that I really don't like but that's a rant for another time when I'm less sleepy.

I binged Oregairu over the past few days and I feel like writing about my thoughts before I've had time to properly process the show. This is not structured and in no particular order, just whatever I feel like typing. Maybe I'll write something more structured later if I feel like it.

When Haruno started poking at the trio's relationship, it occurred to me based on what she said that she's implying that they're codependent. I thought about it for a bit and came to the conclusion that they weren't. This brought up the question of why she would imply that, and as the story progressed it became clear that she was applying her own perception based on her own experiences. It felt good to see that my theory was mostly correct.

Frieren episode 27 is sooo good

This is the perfect example of a show that excels at storytelling without completely relying on the animation or combat scenes or anything. The way it thematically ties the plot together is so perfect. I love how Serie first said that she shouldn't take on human students then proceeds to try and recruit Fern.
