finally took it on and destructiveChanges is deploying to remove the handful of unintended dependencies like where devs included random npsp fields in test classes...

next stop if all goes well is npsp uninstall.

the two things i figured out were
1. pulling all reports in a sane manner
2. pushing only the reports that were updated locally
