There's so much about this soccer stadium proposal in Everett that I just don't get, setting aside the issues about the industrial port zone issues. The stadium will only have a handful of parking spaces, supposedly in order to promote public transit. Fine. But what public transit links actually go to that location? None. You can get off a train and take a bus run by the casino. Or if the weather is nice, you can pay to take a boat (also owned by the casino) across the harbor.
