Have a new (old) laptop to use as a home server for Matrix and Nextcloud. Do I install things manually, via debian packages, do I use docker images?

I don’t really enjoy having to fuck with settings and do trial and error for hours just to get things working. In the past that was worth it, because I’d at least have a good understanding of the internals and know how to fix things once they’ve broken. I just have so little time to tinker these days that I don’t think this is feasible.

My endo said that she doesn’t prescribe progesterone because she considers it experimental. The three trans girls I know best IRL are all on it, some through the same healthcare provider. So I asked for a second opinion, got on the phone with a new endo, and he also doesn’t prescribe progesterone.

Now I have another “second opinion” appointment scheduled, this time with the same endo my friend gets her progesterone from, and I really really hope I can start this week. Feels like the physical changes from HRT stopped at 80% for me and I’d like to see some more development 😔

currently obsessed with Standard, played mono red at an RCQ and had some bad luck, finished 2-3. Not sure if I want to run back the same 75, raise the curve, or go more low to the ground. Looking at the recent 5-0 dumps it looks like people are having success by lowering the curve and going all in on Reckless Impulse.
