The argument that small contributions to the global atmospheric carbon load is not sufficient to affect the trajectory of climate change was shot down in Montana last week. In her ruling, Judge Seeley said, “Each additional ton of [greenhouse gas] emitted into the atmosphere exacerbates the impact on climate.”

I'm a retired professor of #biology who has recently become interested in how #misinformation is eroding trust in science and undermining important initiatives in #environment, #pollution, and #ClimateChange. I taught courses in #biodiversity, #animal physiology, and #aquatic #ecotoxicology. My time these days is mostly invested in #writing.
