One of the odder writing gigs I did last year was the first 28 chapters of the english version of the Korean webnovel "The Greatest Estate Developer” by BK_Moon for Yonder (later adapted into manhwa, available on Webtoon). The whole thing is several hundred chapters, so a regular novel's length was plenty for me. Got my 1099 for the gig a couple days ago which finally prompted me to plug the thing. First chapter is free, beyond that, you are in Yonder’s hands. I can’t say I’d found my feet yet in these first few pages. It picks up when we get to the sword fighting, Roman roads and kaiju.

My label Wow Cool has 39 releases up there currently. Several of which are pay-what-you-want. It’s a pretty eclectic mix of sounds: psych, noise, prog, punk, electronic... I’ve been doing this in some form or another since 1988. Most of the music is also in the usual places... Spotify, Apple Music, Peloton (seriously)...

Artists include Steven Cerio (with many familiar guests, including Kristin Hersh & Dave Rick), Brown Cuts Neighbors, Evidence (Scott Smallwood & Stephan Moore), God Hates Computers, Chased and Smashed, EFS and my own band nickname: Rebel.
