Anxiety:3 (normal)

I just completed a DASS 21 questionnaire, and was slightly surprised at the results, having expected a reversal of the depression and stress.

Note that I am on a SNRI antidepressant, being used as n ADHD medication.

Depression 14. 14+ is extremely severe.

Anxiety 20. Threshold fo extremely severe is 10+, so off the fucking scale.

Stress 10. 10-12 is moderate.

So... it's not just me feeling "out of sorts."

And definitely not just me struggling to work, or, anything really.

The consensus between my GP, the psychiatrist who made my ADHD diagnosis, and my endocrinology team is that, whilst I am in my current domestic situation, I need MH support, and that I should get a care plan. (Medicare subsidy for treatment.) Which is why I was doing the questionnaire.

The point being, trying to DO something about it.

There was also a LOT of other shit. I was a serious crucking fipple.

But let's be POSITIVE, what do I have now, that I didn't, a year ago?

* I am very much in love, and that includes having someone treat me like a human, rather than something they have trodden in, and brought in on their shoe.
* I am on adequate HRT.
I would like to qualify the above two points with "for the first time ever."

* I can walk completely without aids. Hells, someone got me to do a 9 hour hike, and climb up a bloody waterfall, BEFORE I got function back. (Because special someone.)
* My hands are working again - I almost totally lost the dominant.
* I am getting my strength back, after 6+ years of deconditioning. Current best anything is 1.6 boyweights deadlift, single rep. I have a long way to go, but that's better than not being able to stand up.
* I have an actual HOBBY again.
* I have an ADHD diagnosis, and am being treated.
* Discovering the long-term abusive nature of my relationship, I can now SEE. And ACT, although the ADHD still makes that - hard.
* I feel free to explore myself, my sexuality, my kinks, to be honest with myself how I feel about people, and not be inhibited in how I deal with them, because it is "wrong." Hells, just having friends was (is) highly disapproved of.
* I am still pretty shut down, but sometimes I can FEEL. All of the things.

I have a dead RGBW bulb, with a burnt out power supply. Burn enough that I can't measure/ID component values, to do a fix, so that it can be run from mains again.

As I have it stripped, I can power it exterenally, and also hook up a serial connection, so that I can re-flash the ESP32 that drives it - with Micropython.

I will initially try to coax it into life by powering with 3.3V, as I don't know if it has an on-board regulator. If that doesn't work, I try again with 5V. Easy enough.

What I DON'T know, and can't measure, as the PSU is dead, what is the drive voltage for the LEDs?

This is an older model that appears to have individual RGBW PWM from the MCU, rather than the later type that has a controller chip on the LED board, I think controlled with I2C.
