Some quick points:
American trucks are too big, while European trucks can do the same in a much smaller size. The large sizes of these trucks have prevented projects that would have made streets safer, including additions of bike lanes, that emergency vehicles can also use to get around cars.
Bigger roads = more speed = more dangerous for pedestrians.
The video provides other solutions instead of replacing *every* truck. (15:11)
