Lang bevor ich Autor wurde, war ich fasziniert von Boudicca, Königin im Britannien des 1. Jhs. Seitdem sammelte ich Fakten, Annahmen, Spekulationen über sie. Dabei entwickelte ich selbst Vermutungen und Ansichten. Das alles habe ich in einem Buch unter gebracht. Durch 124 Illustrationen/ Karten, 85 in Farbe – auch speziell angefertigte – wurde die ungewöhnliche Frauengestalt Boudicca so lebendig wie möglich dargestellt.

I only know a work with that title by Voltaire, but that has just two volumes.
