It seems at the current time VS Code is the most popular IDE(at least for creating extensions and making new products).

Which is a bit sad, but the interesting part is - that we could create a stubbed version of VS Code, make an lsp-server-llike interface upon it.
And then we could use these extensions in any IDE!
