One of my favorite parts about the Guac Off is how so few people know how much love and effort we put into it. 6 months of planning, 6 months of rest. It’s a sweet poem, a sudden kiss, a breeze that wraps and disappears. It’s a joy to ask ourselves every March for the past 12 years, “how can we make this more joyful for our community?”
