If you are affected, please fill out this form. Please do know that we require a picture of your mug as proof of purchase. It doesn't have to be damaged to be replaced.

Finally, more news about the #why2025 #mugs. We have reached an agreement with the supplier, but we can’t just send them to other people’s homes. Instead we’re intending to distribute them across the local hackerspaces for pickup, the exact details are in the works! After we’ve verified a sample to be actually up to spec we’ll launch a form for people to enter their shipping preferences. Won’t be long!

For those keeping an eye on the #Mugs at #Why2025 we promised some updates as Team:Bar.
We have been in touch with the manufacturer over the last week. While we haven't reached a full solution yet, they are recognising it as a manufacturing defect on their end. We can't make any comments or promises on what exactly the final solution will entail, but we're still working on it :)
