It can be fun to get a more full perspective on villains, but I am would love to hear from anyone that has read some of these. I would be running in an #OSR system, so am less interested or concerned with the mechanical aspects, more concerned with lore and context for these monsters in these books.

Just ran #Shadowdark on #FoundryVTT with my sons. It started with them helping me test my Foundry set up. They haven’t been into TTRPGs lately, so I didn’t even ask them to actually play the game.

While checking out Foundry they got interested in trying out the system and 3 hours later we had run a chunk of a dungeon and had a blast!

Who knew second Father’s Day could come in October!

This is me weaving tons of #MegaDungeons into my #ShadowDark #sandbox #hexcrawl in CS2's Gloaming setting.

My PCs have no idea how deep so many of the places they stumble into will be! I am not letting them know before hand that I am using classic megadungeons with reskinning to fit my version of the Gloaming.

I ran lots of #5E for them pre and during pandemic & would often sculpt a story out of cool battlemaps I found that were typically 1-2 session things, so this will be new territory!
