I’m writing about how agents find clients, so of course, I’m writing a bit about MFA programs. As a base, I used data from the Iowa Writer’s Workshop, compiled by Loren Glass, Nicholas Kelly & Nikki White, published at the Post45 Data Collective (https://doi.org/10.18737/CNJV1733p4520210415) and augmented by my RA. Glass, Kelly & White worked on the data for years; P45 DC took months to peer review it; my RA spent ~30 hours adding to it. All of that work enabled me to write…wait for it…3 sentences.
