The first instinct is to point out the inability to take advantage of any kind of innovation, but the issue is obviously a bit more complex.

I will not even dwell on the repercussions for users, which are a side effect (relatively easy to get around by the way).
The problem is not customer-facing, it’s the corporate usage of data.

Any feedback is more than welcome.

Consider that this is a beta, so it is still missing some *essential* features.

Among them: categories cannot yet be renamed or deleted, and bookmarks cannot be exported. The ability to delete your account is also missing.

👉 For the curious, this has been done with Pocketbase and Sveltekit.

I was reading comments (mostly on Reddit) about the redesign of #wikipedia.

Big mistake, but at least it reminded me that most people don't like change, regardless of how good or well thought out it is. Reading adjectives like "atrocious" or "disgusting" about a relatively decent redesign of a portal that hadn't been visually updated in 12 years is quite absurd.

The moral, I think, is to listen to other people's opinions, but not to give them too much weight.
