Amusingly when I do the math to find their size in scale, it's all a little off. That's why they're prototypes, right? 😅

I'm at the point in my vacation where my battery is finally recharged... and now I'm starting to lean heavily into thinking of all the awesome things I'm going to do when I get home again.

I think it's my favorite tipping point in vacations and I'm always incredibly grateful that I have a job now that lets me hit it.

(Another tipping point is when my brain shifts from not being sure the cabin is real to thinking that I have -always- lived in the cabin and -home- was some sort of weird dream.) ((My brain is a little odd but I love it anyways.))

I'm sitting here pondering which project to commit to working on when I'm home again... and my brain refuses to pick.

I have:
- the bones of a serial story (of dragons and mushrooms and warlords, oh my!)
- the rough outline of a semi-idle strategy game (which starts with farming and ends with galactic conquest)
- a deep dive into scale flora (and corresponding how-to's)
- an inventory management program for the crafting microbiz
- several missing story prompt books that I really should polish off

...and I want to do ALL OF THE THINGS.

...and mostly it's just folks to talk about my hobbies with.

Folks to geek out with over building things and coding things and writing things. A place to go 'Lookit this cool thing I found!' and have it not vanish into the void.

I haven't really found that yet, but I think Mastodon may come close-- if I can figure out how to use it right. 😅
