The listing, which doesn't include the specific model number or name for the Lenovo laptop it claims to sell, is highly suspicious.

It claims 32GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, but also has the Intel Celeron N4500 processor, an extremely low-performance, budget-oriented chip from 2021.

This doesn't appear to be a laptop that ever sold at $1499.
