Alcohol (cocktail recipe)

High Altitude

¾oz rye whiskey
¾oz Aperol
¾oz Braulio Amaro Alpino
¾oz lemon juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

This is a twist on the Paper Plane, replacing the Amaro Nonino with Braulio (find it here: https://drizly.com/liquor/liqueur/herbal-spice-liqueur/braulio-amaro/p46290?variant=98579) and bourbon with rye (try it with High West Rendezvous). The result retains everything great about the Paper Plane, but with just a touch more depth!
