Ok, so being in person can be great. I’ve even said it’s the best, then video, messaging, email, text. But here’s the thing. I think video is the great leveler. More inclusive. Eliminates dominating physical attributes. Being in person isn’t some magical bullet, it’s best for certain work. Not all work. Not even all interaction work. I don’t believe companies who force people to be in person really care about it for productivity or prodvidence. Sincerely, an extrovert who loves socializing

I’m #dyslexic & have ADHD. I’m amazed at how far I’ve safely made it vs. many like me born in the 70s. After years of chaos & randomization of my brain, today marks the start of a new chapter. The success exhibited by of one of our children when we sought medical support for his ADHD inspired me to do the same. I have high hope for it, as long as it greases the skids of the “boring” work (addressing the dopamine neural receptor issue) & doesn’t negatively impact creativity.
