I can finally talk officially about this: our pokey little Idaho program to help train the next gen of cybersecurity by providing support to underserved counties, schools, and the like got the axe this year.

This has been the best job I've ever had and I'm going to hugely miss the people and the work (in that order, which should give you some idea how much I'm going to miss the people.)

I am now in the market for cyber/infra engineering work, unfortunately either remote only or Boise/Salt Lake if it's a really good opportunity. If you know of anybody looking for anybody, hit me up.

I am very much interested in nonprofit sector, public service, that sort of thing for tech work of any kind, whether it's related to my specialties or something I'd need to learn, as I'm vastly more interested in doing good work for good people than making a pile of money.
