Note: "%toot upload" does "something" but it doesn't show up on your local feed, however:

%toot post -d DESCR -m PICTURE Toot-text

works just fine. See "%toot --help" for details. There is no man page. Toot is written in #python3. Find the latest on #github. ( #photography )
