I think that the goings on in the US is falsifying arguments against Karl Popper's "Paradox of Intolerance". In that light, it is right to restrict the intolerance festering in places like X and on Facebook.

The US didn't do this, and pursues an absolutist free speech path, with the result that fascists are now in control, and as they will discover, the only use a fascist has for a constitution is as toilet paper. Or to use it to shut the people who still believe in that constitution up.
