We ran the ffmpeg encoder thing on this week's episode. Everything came out as expected. I especially like the audiogram and animated gifs.
It took about 3 hours to create the video of the 1 hour show. I am going to try it on better hardware, I am currently using an old minipc that was slow when we bought it. Here is a sort clip of it working.

It's my all-in-one post production tool I made using "AI".

I am hoping to get it adapted so that anyone can use it, but right now it is too much of a mess to release and it would only work with my wonky folder structure.

I got the video maker working.
It uses the chapter json file, transcript file and mp3 to create a video of our show. No AI, just ffmpeg running on a minipc.

Here is a sample using a test set of files.

The mini PC I'm using has a slow celeron j4115 so the video takes a while to render. Like 2 minutes per minute of finished product, but you don't have to do anything, it just does it while you wait.I will do some tweaks to make this go faster. Also, may move this whole thing to a better pc.

I made a thing that takes our audio, podcasting 2.0 chapters, and transcript and turns it into a video. After I make all of the assets using the other tools I have been working on, I just tell this the episode number and it makes the video using those assets. No manual video editing at all.

I have been using AI to build some post-production tools for getting everything done faster after we are done recording. I know there are other (probably better) tools out there, but I wanted to see how easy it would be for a person who doesn't know a lot about coding to build a tool to automate things.

Anyway, I got it all working and it was a fun project that will save us a ton of time. Especially the show art creator and chapter creator.

Got my orange pi zero 3 in yesterday. I set it up as a pi-hole.I went ahead and got the power cable, a new sd card and the heatsink for it....

I went ahead and got the power cable, a new sd card and the heatsink for it. It all came out to around $50.

Pretty easy to set up, it has a custom ubuntu distro on the website.

It is so tiny.
