People were putting their pain on full display and the spirit of "shame mush change side" was very much there, a very moving affirmation of the personal being political. ♀️✊

Given the rise of fascism and technofeudalism I think all of my programming assignments going forward will have to have some kind of critical thinking and maybe even sabotage theme.

Genre:

Part A: here is a data structure for storing information about people. Make it so that it supports separating people based on hair colour. Make sure all the tests pass.

Part B: here is a search algorithm that doesn't take into account hair color. Optimize search based on the new version of the data structure. Make sure all the tests pass.

Part C: you realize what you just did, right? Sabotage your own code so that the tests still pass but the code is full of bugs, inefficiencies and sometimes corrupts data.
