I don't have the energy to list everything that has already gone wrong today (it already started at night). But the low point so far was that I just used my entire lunch break to drive to the repair shop to pick up my car and was greeted with the fact that they still had to repair countless other things for way too much money.

They could have told me that over the phone. Instead, I've been on the bus for over an hour, for absolutely nothing, and now I have to go straight into the next work meetings without lunch. Thanks.

Wir haben jetzt ewig überlegt, was für Sommerurlaub man mit einem Kleinkind am besten macht. In der Hitze am Strand rumliegen? In einem kinderfreundlichen Resort mit hunderten von gestressten Eltern und kreischenden (fremden) Kindern rumhängen? Auf einem Bauernhof chillen? Uff, alles so gar nicht unser Ding.

Heute spontan entschieden: Fuck it, wir lieben Städtetrips. Es geht im Sommer nach Tallinn. Da ist es kühl, es gibt eine historische Altstadt zum Erkunden, und für Kinder garantiert genug Spielplätze. Und als "Kompromiss" ein Hotel mit Pool, damit wir trotzdem jederzeit Schwimmen gehen können.
