Okay. My first post here. I need to find a site that operates a bit like facebook, that is, one with which to connect with friends. I think I like this better than bluesky as that looks much like the former twitter. And I was never a fan of that.

My first question: How do I find my friends here? How do I invite my facebook friends? I'm all for open source and true networking across platforms. This seems to better reflect the initial goals of the Internet.
