I can agree to that - but that is not just vendors. any technical system can only support OAIS (and digital preservation at that), since the OAIS is a combination of system/software/people/organisation.

Spending some recovery time watching #auds2025 presentations online (animal German speaking digital archiving workshop with strong focus on classic archives as institutions). Already heard a great presentation by Claire Röthlisberger-Jourdan on e-signatures. Good news for archives in Switzerland: your archive may be able to use the KOSTVal function that verifies signatures against the discrete validator licensed for Swiss archives.
