Having a process so rigid that you always need to perform the same steps even when they make zero sense and add no value (but do add cost): that's by definition not agile.

I submit it for review and get it bounced back because I didn't write a textual test scenario.

Why? Because it needs to be tested by support, and if it needs to be tested by support it always needs a scenario.

So I choose to read it as: "Do enough, but no more than is needed" which is a message I wholeheartedly support.

I fall solidly into the Dark camp, but I had never really applied that to #IdeaVim

I figured I'd rectify that, so I've been adding a bunch of shortcuts and custom commands.
