Anyone know of a file templating tool where it can re-apply or offer a diff for re-applying a change if the underlaying data for the templates change?

E.g. I make a file from a JSON blob, then make changes to the source, and later get a new blob and re-apply the template - that it has some contextual awareness?

I didn't realise they were a very traditional rock band setup, but playing drum n' bass, they sound and play brilliantly
