enough of the lurking, time for an #introduction
We are Chaline @chalinebang & Martynus @polarsunk , two BA design alumni, newly-formed artist duo, and members of the Rotterdam-based collective permacomputing evenings (PMCe).
Together (incl. Elizabete & Nathan) we discuss/read/hack all about permacomputing and organise/moderate symposiums (top.permacomputing.net) with past guest speakers @titipi @dasha @becha @sarahghp @l03s etc.
We even had the chance to co-teach an elective (one week workshop) at the WdKA for 1st & 2nd year students, in which they learned how to build servers out of their obsolete smartphones with postmarketOS (feat. @persimmonoats & Boris).
We will post about PMCe-happenings from time to time, a self-hosted minimal website with mailing list/rss is on the way!
We are so very pleased to be here, thanks to mentor and friend @320x200 for introducing us to the fediverse + teaching us actual skills!
