Similarly, CI (collective intelligence) will be revolutionized by an old idea (semantic web) revisited with new tools (AI + decentralized tech)
What makes the CI revolution harder is that it is a sociotechnical revolution and not just a technical one - it will require collective participation and cultural changes, not an elite that will "solve" everything for us
