I don't know why, but sometime in the last three-four months, RPG Maker games I've been running through Lutris suddenly started freezing and crashing all the time, when they never did that before...

I've got no clue whether this is some regression with something related to Wine, or if a configuration broke somewhere, or if Wine versions can just... "rot" after some time :/

(Weirdest part is that only RPGMaker MV games crash; MZ seems unaffected.)

i was already considering buying a replacement due to my long history of breaking shit even more when i try to repair it, but i foolishly thought i shouldn't cause more e-waste and reduce the dwindling supply of PS2 controllers and thought it's the morally right choice to try and repair it

in the end, I just caused more e-waste and destroyed a perfectly-functional PS2 controller anyway

I'm wondering if I may be in the Bipolar I spectrum; I'm noticing that I tend to have frequent long-lasting depressive episodes, that are sometimes broken up by mania episodes where I feel active, social and productive.

That would certainly explain a lot about my mental health situation (in a positive way)... I'm not perpetually stuck in a rut or only seeing negatives in everything, it has a root cause and it's fixable

Plasma broke for me yet again 😖

I had an issue where plasmashell would crash immediately as soon as I logged in, and part of the solution was to delete several Plasma configuration files (in ~/.config and ~/.local/share).

Sadly, this made the Window Decoration I was using completely break (see attached image + alt text). I already tried removing and reinstalling it, to no avail. And it's ONLY that deco that broke - others still work.
