More takeaways:
- What % feels easy? Do I get to MVP quickly? Do people love the MVP? Do users stick?
- Don't be too proud to follow people with inspiration
- Never say negative things about competing projects
- Stay collaborative + competitive (share ideas and focus on the shared mission)
Some key takeaways:
- Failing to give users something they wanted,
- Adding bloat instead of solving the real problem
- No support for mobile devices
- No sync between devices
- APIs not useful enough
- Slow performance
- Struggle with discovery and delivery
