I don't know why I'm feeling so ranty today... but like, chat: can we talk about this popup.

This popup is almost always when you're on a US site and they want to redirect you to their EU website.

I hate it. cause 90% of the time, the americans behind that site do'n't really care about their EU users. So instead of transferring you to the eu site and on the same product page, they just bring you to the generic homepage... I click on a search result for a reason.

You know what I find really annoying. When a restaurant is marked as 'having vegan options' and then you check and it has like 15 burgers and one 'vegan burger'
.... wdym...
Like sure, atleast you have a vegan burger.... but like.... offer an option on your other burgers to have the burger patty be a vegan one and now half your menu is automatically vegan compatible.
(I say half cause the other half usually has bacon or whatever other non-vegan thing on them).

Why not offer this?

A group of pharmacists in Belgium is starting up a group to get all the 'innovative' people together and thinking and such.

They created a whatsapp community which... I'm not a fan of because it's whatsapp obv.

But I'm wondering if y'all know platforms/services ideal for this. Kind of combing all the aspects you need for a community. Chat. forum-style things. docs/wiki

Partially because I feel like if I was wearing a mask in January, less people were looking at me than if I'm wearing one right now in march. I guess it makes sense but still.

So today I went to the supermarket and felt like most people did do a second or two stare. Nobody had a judging look, but still.

Now to come up with an /10 score....

When I'm on public transport (regardless of if I'm sick or not). Or when I'm in stores like supermarkets and stuff when I am sick:
I wear a mask, usually ffp2.

And sometimes I feel like the amount of people doing that "why are you wearing a mask" or "hmm, you're wearing a mask, I don't trust it" look... It differs in how intense it is or how often it happens.

What I'm kind of thinking of trying is to attach a score to that. Purely vibes based

I also have a Firefox addon that gives KDE Connect more info about my browser activities.

But what I just realized this morning is pretty freaking cool:
When you're watching a video in Firefox, you can pause/resume it from the KDE Connect app. Plus, clicking the notification opens the same YouTube video on your phone... cool!
